Performance Features:
1、External design: Fabricated by bending 1.5 mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet; Surface treatment: High-temperature baking for plasticizing–ensures corrosion resistance and rust prevention;
2、Transportation section: Utilizes track-chain conveyor system (04C);
3、Transmission system: Equipped with a variable-frequency drive motor, offering adjustable speed ranging from 500 mm/min to 1800 mm/min;
4、Light source section: Standardly includes two sets of UV ballast lamps; power rating per UV lamp set: 1.5–3 kW;
5、Cooling system: One exhaust fan (750 W) is installed to effectively reduce the temperature inside the product and the UV oven, thereby extending the service life of the lamp tubes;
6、UV lamp source configuration: Each UV lamp group can be adjusted in height (available as a manual or automatic option); by adjusting the light distance (upward or downward), different UV intensities can be achieved;
7、The UV lamp is equipped with an automatic timer that allows real-time monitoring of the lamp's operating time, making it convenient to replace the lamp when necessary.
