Maintenance and repair
1. Maintenance precautions
1.1. Please first refer to the relevant drawings to understand the structural elements and maintenance priorities of the organization.
1.2. Remove any excess parts from the machine to maintain maximum maintenance space.
1.3. When parts need to be replaced, they should be replaced based on the current usage situation and the lifespan of the parts.
1.4. When you discover any defects or malfunctions that affect the operation of the machine, it must be replaced immediately.
1.5. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the parts of each module arbitrarily. If any abnormalities are found during operation, please notify the sales and service personnel for handling.
1.6. Disassembling the rubber valve is strictly prohibited. This is an important related product, please pay special attention to it when it malfunctions and seriously affects production. If the customer disassembles the relevant products themselves and causes damage, all consequences shall be borne by the customer themselves.
If you have any issues with the machine, including information acquisition, form, mode, or basis, please consult our professionals and we will serve you as soon as possible
2 Maintenance Levels
2.1 Level 1 Maintenance Matters
2.1.1. Responsible by the customer's maintenance engineer.
2.1.2 Maintenance items include: wiping, cleaning, and lubricating treatment of the machine. Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, troubleshooting of equipment, replacement of spare parts, adjustment of spare parts, etc.
2.2 Secondary Maintenance Matters
2.2.1. Original factory engineers come to the factory for maintenance.
2.2.2. Maintenance items include: replacement and adjustment of transmission components, installation of electronic control circuits, internal program revision and data updates, countermeasures for customer issues, etc.
2.3 Level 3 Maintenance Matters
2.3.1. Return the machine to the factory for repair or scrapping.
2.3.2. Machine update module or add new functions and production methods.
2.3.3. The machine needs major maintenance and readjustment due to long-term disrepair.
2.3.4 When the machine is no longer able to produce and needs to be replaced with a new one and scrapped, it must be returned to the factory for support.
3 commonly used parts replacement
3.1 Replacement of Lighting Fixtures
3.1.1. The interior of the machine is equipped with lighting equipment, and caution must be taken when replacing it. Disconnect the power supply of the machine to prevent accidental movement and injury, as well as to prevent objects from falling and damaging the equipment.
3.1.2. Remove the lampshade. The lampshade is attached to the lamp holder and can be removed by manually pulling off the tenon.
3.1.3. Rotate the lamp tube to the left and move it downwards to remove it.
3.1.4. When replacing a new lamp, the installation sequence is opposite to the above, and it is necessary to check whether the installation is stable and avoid falling off.
3.1.5. Reinstall the lampshade and check if it is securely installed to prevent it from falling off. Please be sure to pay attention.
3.2 Replacement of solenoid valve
3.2.1 The solenoid valve is installed inside the bus box. First, turn off the power and air supply of the power station, and remove the wiring fixing screws.
3.2.2. Remove the wiring of the solenoid valve and gently pull it back.
3.2.3 Remove the two fixing screws above the solenoid valve.
3.2.4. Remove the solenoid valve.
3.2.5. When replacing the solenoid valve, please pay attention to whether the silicone gasket below is properly placed, otherwise it may cause air leakage and abnormal cylinder operation.
3.2.6. When fixing the screws of the solenoid valve, please apply equal force to prevent air leakage.
3.2.7. Insert the wire plug back and manually test the action of the solenoid valve.
3.3 Relay replacement
3.3.1 Relays are usually located on the main power distribution panel, and sometimes there may be situations such as inability to self maintain or self maintain, inability to cut off power, or damage.
3.3.2. Disconnect the power supply of the machine before removing the relay.
3.3.3. Simply insert the new product, but pay attention to whether there are any bent feet.
3.3.4. Power on the machine.
When replacing electronic control components, be sure to turn off the power first to ensure the safety of personnel
