3 commonly used parts replacement

3.1 Replacement of Lighting Fixtures
3.1.1. The interior of the machine is equipped with lighting equipment, and caution must be taken when replacing it. Disconnect the power supply of the machine to prevent accidental movement and injury, as well as to prevent objects from falling and damaging the equipment.
3.1.2. Remove the lampshade. The lampshade is attached to the lamp holder and can be removed by manually pulling off the tenon.
3.1.3. Rotate the lamp tube to the left and move it downwards to remove it.
3.1.4. When replacing a new lamp, the installation sequence is opposite to the above, and it is necessary to check whether the installation is stable and avoid falling off.
3.1.5. Reinstall the lampshade and check if it is securely installed to prevent it from falling off. Please be sure to pay attention.

3.2 Replacement of solenoid valve
3.2.1 The solenoid valve is installed inside the bus box. First, turn off the power and air supply of the power station, and remove the wiring fixing screws.
3.2.2. Remove the wiring of the solenoid valve and gently pull it back.
3.2.3 Remove the two fixing screws above the solenoid valve.
3.2.4. Remove the solenoid valve.
3.2.5. When replacing the solenoid valve, please pay attention to whether the silicone gasket below is properly placed, otherwise it may cause air leakage and abnormal cylinder operation.
3.2.6. When fixing the screws of the solenoid valve, please apply equal force to prevent air leakage.
3.2.7. Insert the wire plug back and manually test the action of the solenoid valve.

3.3 Relay replacement
3.3.1 Relays are usually located on the main power distribution panel, and sometimes there may be situations such as inability to self maintain or self maintain, inability to cut off power, or damage.
3.3.2. Disconnect the power supply of the machine before removing the relay.
3.3.3. Simply insert the new product, but pay attention to whether there are any bent feet.
3.3.4. Power on the machine.

When replacing electronic control components, be sure to turn off the power first to ensure the safety of personnel
