Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) are used as sensors and actuators in many electronic products. Its sensing or activation structure is produced through semiconductor front-end processes. The most commonly used MEMS components include microphones, inertial sensors, and gyroscopes. MEMS components typically include MEMS, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), substrate, solder wires, and top cover/mold. Thanks to its ability to approach and protect the environment, MEMS assembly has overcome some unique challenges.
