UV Power Puck Ⅱ Four Channel UV Measurement Meter
This UV energy meter is setting the standard for the UV industry for the first time and is now setting a new standard, using advanced performance and easy to read display, multi-user selection mode, PC communication for data recording and curve analysis, as well as process validation.
The new EIT UVICURE Plus II and UV Power Puck II are the latest versions of UVICURE Plus and UV Power Puck, which were previously widely used in the global UV industry. With user selectable sampling rates, the new tester can be used for high-speed conveyors or slower production lines, and is compatible with other EIT products for measurement.
The standard features and advantages include:
Easy to use, one click to complete ON/OFF and running operations.
Easy to read data display screen, displaying 4 bands simultaneously.
The data of four bands on UV Power Puck II can be displayed on the screen simultaneously, allowing operators to quickly read them. No need to switch to obtain 8 values, read at once. Soft buttons are used for function selection, with indications at the bottom of the display screen for easy selection and use by the operator.
Standard EIT multi band:
UVA (320-390nm),UVB (280-320nm)
UVC (250-260nm),UVV (395-445nm)
dynamic range
Standard version -10 Watt UVA, UVB, UVV;1 Watt UVC。 Low power version -100 mW.
Set Function
Provide users with selectable instrument modes for data analysis, comparison, filtering, and operation settings.
Data reference mode
Used for comparing readings. Very useful during system installation and troubleshooting. Users can store the selected UV reading as a baseline or reference reading and compare it with another reading. The instrument will display two readings and indicate the percentage change between the readings. The data is displayed as mJ/cm2, mW/cm2, and percentage.
Graphic Mode
The graphic mode displays the UV illuminance and energy of each collected UV band. The graphic display shows the variation of illuminance over time. The graphic displayed on the right represents a curing system with one or two lamps.
User selectable sampling rate
Smooth On Data: Compared to the previous Power Puck? Version compatibility.
Smooth Off Data: Compatible with over 2000 samples per second with the previous UV PowerMap.
