4. Long service life of lamp tubes: 6-inch electrodeless lamp tubes, such as "mercury lamps", can guarantee 20000 hours of use, while other lamp tubes guarantee 6000 hours of use.
5. Strong UV light output/low infrared heat: The light emitted by the electrodeless lamp contains the maximum amount of ultraviolet light and the minimum amount of infrared light, thereby reducing the heat generated in the material. The actual temperature can be controlled within 65 ℃.
6. Fast replacement speed of the lamp tube: without electrodes, it can be directly plugged in for installation, and the replacement of the lamp tube can be completed within a few minutes.
7. During the service life of the lamp tube, the effective curing width can remain unchanged: there is no electrode aging problem, and there will be no "blackening" phenomenon at both ends of the lamp tube, so the curing width will not decrease.
8. UV intensity and energy output stability: Even frequent switching operations will not have adverse effects on the UV output performance or service life of the lamp. At the same time, it can maintain the consistency of its emitted ultraviolet spectral distribution. Compared to the ZB-1000 microwave electrodeless light source, the ultraviolet intensity has increased by more than 30%. Can meet the requirements of more UV curing processes.
