Performance Features:
1、External design: Fabricated by bending 1.5 mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet, with a surface spray-coating for corrosion resistance and rust prevention;
2、Transportation section: Utilizes track-and-chain conveyor system;
3、Transmission system: Equipped with a variable-frequency drive motor, offering adjustable speed ranging from 500 mm/min to 1800 mm/min;
4、Light source section: Standardly includes two sets of UV halogen lamps, each with a power of 3 kW;
5、Heat dissipation system: One upper exhaust fan is installed;
6、Mercury lamp setup: Each halogen lamp can be controlled independently and is height-adjustable; by adjusting the light distance, different curing intensities can be achieved;
7、Equipped with an automatic timer that allows you to monitor the lamp's operating time at any time, making lamp replacement convenient.
