1. Industry Introduction
The junction box of solar cell modules is a connector between the solar cell array composed of solar cell modules and the solar charging control device. Its main function is to connect the electricity generated by solar cells to external circuits. The junction box is glued to the back panel of the component through silicone, and the outgoing wires inside the component are connected together through the internal wiring inside the junction box. The internal wiring is connected to the external cables, making the component conductive with the external cables.


2. Process characteristics
The outer shell of the solar junction box is coated with silicone, and the coating trajectory is to evenly apply a sealed trajectory along the shape of the frame.
The common problems encountered during the gluing process are: unstable glue amount, large and small heads, unstable interfaces, etc.
